Are children allowed on the safari?

Yes, young adventurers are welcome, note that from 0 to 2 years old, the safari is free (on an adult's lap). From 2 to 10 years old child rate available from 10 years old to 99 years old adult price

What time does the guide pick us up?

Usually the guide comes to pick you up between 6:30 and 7 am for the lodges outside the park. To Okaukuejo lodge which is inside the park around 7:30 am.

Is the pick-up included in the price?

Yes, for full-day safaris, pick-up is included if your lodge is within 30 minutes of Anderson Gate. If your lodge is more than 30 minutes away, the meeting point will be at the park entrance at Anderson Gate. For half days, the meeting point will be at Anderson Gate. You may be picked up from your lodge if it is less than 30 minutes from Anderson Gate, but this will depend solely on the schedule of the day. For Okaukuejo you will be picked up at the reception

Is there parking at the entrance to the park (Anderson Gate)?

Yes, there is free parking at the entrance to the park.

How much does it cost to enter the park?

The entrance fee to the park is N$ 150 /pers possibility to PAY with credit card or cash

Modification and cancellation policy?

Please note that with us you can book and pay only one week before the safari, this allows you to plan without taking any risks. For changes you can change the date of the safari up to 24 hours before. If you book and the safari is less than a week away, payment will need to be made without delay

How does the payment work?

If you book more than a week in advance your places are kept, you will receive an email one week before the safari to make the payment, from there you will have 24 hours to make the payment to confirm your places. Payment by PayPal or bank transfer.

Where will the lunch break take place?

After the morning game drive, the guide will take you to one of the restaurants inside the park. You can also bring your meal (1h30 break).

How many seats are there in the 4x4?

Our 4x4s have 9 seats and are open to the outside for total immersion.

What should I bring with me?

Bottle of water, warm clothes for the winter months, binoculars, sunglasses, sunscreen, camera etc...

Is it necessary to book well in advance?

Yes, it is best to book in advance to make sure you get your places because Etosha Park is a popular place for tourists. Keep in mind that you can book without paying to plan your plans quietly.

What language does guide them speak?

The local language: Oshiwanbo and English

What about malaria in Etosha Park?

Etosha Park is malaria-free due to its salt lake

Should you tip the guide?

It's always nice to receive a tip, but it's up to you, we don't require our customers to tip.
